The 2-week small residential project program is an average of 250m2, and it is a small residential type, including a guest room, where an architect can use both office and home.

2 haftalık küçük konut projesi programı ortalama 250m2 ve bir mimarın hem ofis hem ev olarak kullanabileceği, misafir odası da içeren küçük bir konut tipi boyutundadır.

Proje Senaryosu

Proje senaryosunun ana çıkış noktası, Tire'de kullanılan teras ve avlu yapısı ve kent dokusunu birbirine entegre etmek oldu.Etrafı genel olarak binalarla çevrili olan yapıda gün ışığını kullanabilmek için güney cephesinden kontrollü ışık alımı sağladım.En üst kotta ortak çalışma alanı ve misafirin odasını çözerken , o kata ulaşımın ailenin özel kullanım alanlarını işgal etmeden olmasına özen gösterdim.

Project Scenario

The main outpost of the project scenario was to integrate the terrace and courtyard structure used in Tire and the urban texture. I provided controlled light reception from the south ceiling to use the daylight in the building, which was generally surrounded by buildings. I took care to make sure that the upper floor does not occupy the private use areas of the family while solving the common room and guest room on the top floor.

Proje Senaryosu

Aynı Tire arazisinde büyük ölçekli şuanda devam ettirdiğim projem - Kütle Fikri-
Teras ve avlu kullanımını Tire'de farklı kılan durumun ne olduğunu araştırdıktan sonra genel olarak ortaklaşa kullanılan alanlarda avluya benzer mekansal çözümler üretirken; Tire'de tam olarak zıttı bir yaklaşım olduğunu, insanların avluları özel alanları olarak kullandıklarını ve etrafını da uzun duvarlarla kapattıkları sonucuna vardım. Aktif olarak kullanılan yürüyüş akslarını bozmadan, önemli kent imgesi olan birimleri dikkate alarak yeni bir aks oluşturarak bir sonraki kütle oluşumu aşamasında bu fikrimi mass kütleme entegre etmeye çalıştım. Ve içerisinde 3 çeşit birimin olacağı ( öğrenciler, orada yaşayanlar ve zanatkaarlar için) katı kütleyi arazi kenarlarına, zanaatkarların çalışma, öğretme ve sergi alanlarını arazinin ortasına konumlandırma fikrinden yola çıktım.Böylece toplu konut projesinin asıl birimlerinin bir çerçeve oluşturduğu ve kamusal toplanma alanlarının da o çerçevenin içine dahil olduğu birbiriyle ilişkili mekansal düzenleme oluşturmaya çalıştım.

Project Scenario

The project I continued in large scale in the same Tire area - Mass Idea-
I searched the terraces and the use of the courtyard in Tire. Then, in general, they are producing spatial solutions similar to courtyards; I realized that the approach was exactly the opposite in Tire. I noticed that people used the courtyards as their private space, and covered them with long walls. I created a new axis by taking into consideration the units that are important urban images, without disturbing the active walking axles. I tried to integrate this idea into the mass structure. I placed solid mass on the sides of the terrain for 3 units (for students, residents and craftmens). I positioned the working, teaching and exhibition spaces of craftsmen in the middle of the sites. Thus, I tried to create an interrelated spatial arrangement in which the main units of the mass housing project form a framework and public gathering areas are included in that framework.

Project Information-Proje Bilgisi

Project area is Şirinyer Park connected to Buca district of İzmir. The land of 62.000 square meters and the majority of green area is located in Buca's transfer center. The hippodrome in the south, the entrance of Izban in the west, the Menderes street in the north, and the land in which the Forbes is located in the east contain quite complex functions.

Proje alanı İzmir'in Buca ilçesine bağlı Şirinyer Parkı. Ortalama 62.000 metrekare ve çoğunluğu yeşil alandan oluşan arazi Buca'nın transfer merkezi konumunda yer alıyor. Güneyinde hipodrom, batısında İzban girişi, kuzeyinde Menderes caddesi ve doğusunda Forbest'in yer aldığı arazi oldukça karmaşık fonksiyonları barındırıyor.

As a result of the analyzes, the intensity of use of the Menderes Street part of the project area decreases to the part of the hippodrome. I increase the intensity of this usage and clearly distinguish the land as green ground and hard ground.

Analizler sonucunda, proje alanının Menderes Caddesine bakan kısmının kullanım yoğunluğu , hipodrom kısmına indikçe azaldığı verisinden yola çıkarak bu kullanım yoğunluğunu daha da artırarak araziyi yeşil zemin ve sert zemin olarak net bir şekilde ayırdım.

Circulation-Dolaşım

The green rising façade is both a permeable and a limiting threshold. Only green is perceived from the southern of the land, and direct hard ground is detected on the north . Under the threshold, there are the busiest market-place and buses route. Above the threshold, there are housings.

Yeşil yükselen cephe hem geçirgen hem sınırlandıran bir eşik oluşturuyor. Arazinin güney cephesinden sadece yeşil algılanıyor, kuzey cephesindense direkt sert zemin algılanıyor. Eşiğin tam altında en yoğun olan pazaryeri ve otobüs rotası geçerken, üst kotunda konut yerleşimi yer alıyor. Arazinin kuzey ucu 0.00 kotunda iken güney ucu -4.00 kotunda yer alıyor. Sert zeminden girince oluşan alçak meydanla pazaryeri ve otobüs durakları hemzemin.
